       Where does W R make the money to be paying the % as shown on the
       plans?
       W R is not a money making business thus W R does not pay
       anything at all, The PA funds + the growth are NOT sent to W R
       thus W R does not pay any % whatsoever.
       Funds are strictly member to member direct.
