Subject: Compliments
I would like to personally thank (and compliment) those who work
at the Pine Grove EMS. I grew up living right next to the squad
when it was first built. Thanks to the quick response of Boyd
Hayes and crew, they saved the lives of my grandfather and
brother. Now, 32 years later, after a long career in the Army,
I've moved back to Pine Grove and live next to the squad again.
It warms my heart and gives me a feeling of great comfort to
know that there are professionals working there who genuinely
care and take pride in the work they are doing. I see them
there on weekends and evenings cleaning and "sprucing up" the
place when it's probably their time off.
Please know that we appreciate the revitalization of the Pine
Grove EMS and those who are working hard to keep it alive. We
are blessed to have a a group of young folks who care about
their community and who are working hard to to maintain
something so critical to our families.

I went into walmart today to deposit my check and one of our
patients called me by name. I of course could not remember her
name or the incident at first but figured it out later. She
said we were an awsome bunch and she was telling everyone how
well the crew before me and how well I took care of her during
the transfer. She said was telling everyone that they should
donate to us and support our membership. Glad our customer
service was good for her.

I have received many compliments for WCEMS when I have been out
in the public eye, especially Wal-mart. I believe we all
should, on duty or not, be positive towards our workplace. I
know after working a 24 hour shift the last place I am going to
be positive is Wal-mart or any other retail store so I just
DON'T GO. I will make sure when I do go out in the public eye I
am happy and smiling. You do not know who is watching you, it
could be that patient that you picked up last week. You may not
remember them but they will remember you, trust me! Mary Kay
has taught me alot these past two years, and thank God I found
Mary Kay!!!
