       Director or not Director?

       When I call for an issue that needs director attention, I expect
       to talk to the director. I do not expect to be called by other
       co-workers or non-workers. I will not be communicating my issues
       to anyone else, unless it is Jim for trucks or Bill and Leslie
       for ordering. Thank You.
       This means don't have one of my co-workers or an outsider call
       me because I'm not worth the time, or my issue is not worth the
       time. You should never be too busy for your employees.
