       Ok, please don't ask to become staff. You can request to become
       a Bio Approver in training if you think your ready, but don't PM
       staff to ask to become staff. We will take you if we think your
       ready, but if you ask, the odds are against you becomming staff.
       Also, don't attack people who were promoted, it is unacceptible.
       Your chance of becoming staff drops back to zero. If you
       continue attacking, you'll be banned.
