       New forum software installed for the WC

       Configured the forum for the Writing Center. The reason why I
       create here one is to test it and compare it with the provider
       and forum software from the previous one (tapatalk.com
  HTML https://wc6.createaforum.com/tapatalk.com).

       I just finished with making a structure for the forum and added
       topics and posts into the system. There are of course
       restrictions, but I can change them myself. That's good. It
       looks good at the moment. Now I need to figure out what the size
       is for the images on this account.
