Reading Agenda:

So I'm getting back into reading again, but with my current
schedule with work, skating, my webcomic, school and all that,
my books are starting to add up. Here's what I'm up to so far:
Role Models - John Waters. I love that sick bastard.
The Omnivore's Dilemma
Deadeye Dick - Vonnegut
Choke and Survivor - Palahniuk
Two books about Parallel Universes and other things that make
your head hurt
Scott Pilgrim 1-5, and six when I can finally find a copy. :(
Harry Potter 1 and 2.
I never paid any attention to the Harry Potter series, but I
figured I'd give them a read-through and see what all the hype
is/was about.

I've also been considering reading Harry Potter. I read the
first one before they were big and wasn't impressed. Hmmm.
I've also started the Sookie Stackhouse novels that the HBO show
True Blood is based on. Me likey very much.

I've yet to start them, but my sister and a couple of my friends
INSIST that I read them. I'm a little meh about the whole thing,
but we'll see.

I'm the same way. My parents think they're evil, but now that
I'm an adult (I hope?) they don't give a crap. Actually, maybe I
should've read them when they DID give a crap.
Anyway, if you read them before me, let me know from your MEH
perspective. I only hear about how great they are from diehard
fans. I need a normal unbiased opinion.

Will do. My parents were the same way. Super Christian and all
that, we actually had a VHS tape about how Harry Potter was the
devil and it's followers were just as bad. How I turned out this
way is beyond me.

So weird! Yeah, we didn't do Halloween, but Harvest Festival
instead! And somehow we both became well-adjusted people without
vendettas against random lifestyles. :D

I enjoy all of Michael Connelly's books ;) They are awesome. I
have also read the entire Twilight series... and liked it. I
wanted to shoot myself in the face for this fact... but I
honestly loved them. lol :)
