       Custom storyline after Fallout: New Vegas

       Well, you see here John, this is about what happened.
       Without the Courier interfering into the story of New Vegas,
       Caesar's Legion won the second battle at Hoover Dam in 2281.
       President Kimball was assassinated by the Legion and General
       Oliver could escape through his hidden emergency tunnel.
       They officially conquered the Mojave by 2282, making New Vegas
       the new Rome of Ceasar's Legion. By 2284 Nevadawas completely
       under control of the Legion.
       The NCR was driven out of Nevada and their occupied parts of
       Arizona, trying to hold the borders of California, Oregon and
       Idaho.
       While California, as main state of the Republic, managed to
       withstand the Legion's siege, Oregon and Idaho were both
       assimilated by the Legion in 2285. Further the Legion proceeded
       to Washington, where the remaining troops of the NCR are trying
       to fight off the invaders in 2286.
       The town of Rusty Springs is one of the first NCR controlled
       towns near the border. Its troops mainly have to defend against
       the Legion's approachand loose or organized Raider groups.
       Overall, the NCR in Washington is militarily almost completely
       cut off from the Californian NCR and runs low on supplies,though
       they arestill able to keep in contact with Shady Sands via
       radio.
       The Legion, on their attempt to conquer Rusty Springs,
       constructed a Fort as base of their operations, sending out
       patrols to enslavewastelanders or attack NCR patrols, while the
       Frumentarii infilitrate the local settlements.
       The NCR bunker under Rusty Springs is connected to an unknown
       vault under control of the Brotherhood of Steel, who is
       following their West-Coast-policiy on regaining pre-war
       technology at all cost.
       Out of need the Brotherhood - after an armed approach - declared
       truce with the NCR.
       Criminals such as Raiders find shelter from peacekeepers in the
       town of Paradise, whose inhabitants rely on the wealth of
       others, while junkies and gangs can be found in Calamity. On
       their way through the wastes people might also encounter elder
       veterans of the NCR-Enclave War or even organized remains of the
       Enclave, which attempt to regain their former strength in hidden
       outposts around Washington.
       Other than that the Washington wasteland allures a variety of
       people: From farmhands in Rusty Springs over mercinaries,
       traders from the Crimson Caravan, scientists and craftsmen, to
       scavengers, travellers and adventurers.
