NCR also said they were following us when we didnt leave the
town. That was a huge metagame, okay, Famine was wearing a pig
mask. But that doesnt mean we are criminals, we might be some
cult. And also, why did the NCR stop talking and decided to
lolscout the area? Another metagame.

So Shaun sees us from the windmill while he was on the hill when
we came to paradise and was turned to the others?
EDIT : Shaun also said he was following us.

Shaun was turned after he called those he was turned to because
he spotted you, he did not follow you but instead went to the
windmill hill to scout, I think.

Shaun said that they were following us before we left the town.
We were behind a rock at first and Shaun didnt seem to watch
over us. But then we started to "lolrun" to the Paradise, he was
still turned. When we were at Paradise, his back was still
turned. As I was tying her to the pole, you started shooting and
called us lolrunners. Why didnt you call us lolrunners while we
were running then?
EDIT : Shaun also was talking to other people on the hill.

We saw you running to Paradise, at least I saw you.
The people you saw were NCR soldiers and me, called to put an
end to that town.

I think we should all forget about this, because it's getting
long and stupid. Really this isn't going to get anywhere, and
everyone is going to say their same argument over, and over

As the one that got mugged, i can verify that there was no gun
pointed, i was knocked out and carried. This is all i hope to
say on the matter.

they were people called to take out Paradise? Oh I see, Major
took you all there while we were still behind rocks talking? I
bet Shaun also used his OP powers to wait for us to go to
Paradise. Thanks for telling me the metagame!
