[center]The 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment is a group of
military men which follow the pre-war tactics and use pre-war
equipment mostly. They consist of sons and grandsons of the
remnants of the military, but normal people can go and apply to
join their cause. They think that the wasteland should be united
under one banner, and true republic should begin.[/center]

1. *William walks through the desert searching for items of use
to him
2. *William continues walking and he spots a small crate ahead
3. **He searches the crate and a few bullets and some Nuka-Cola
are in the crate
4. *William loads the bullets into one of his spare magazines
and puts the Nuka-Colas in his pack
5. **There is a loud cry and 20 or so black dots appear on the
horizon heading his way
6. *William takes out his binoculars he bought in town and looks
to the horizon
7. **The dots on the horizon appears to be a herd of feral
ghouls
8. *William loads a clip into his 10mm, two clips remaining and
stands behind some rocks as cover
9. **The ghouls start moving faster after seeing the man
10. *William positions his pistol on the rocks like a small
bipod and aims at the ghouls
11. **The man pulls the trigger as the ghouls get closer and two
ghouls fall as five shots are heard
12. **Over the hill to the mans right a sniper prones down to
see the action and sets up his bipod incase of trouble
13. *William fires off three more shots taking down a ghoul and
moves back to another set of rocks firing four more shots and
taking down two ghouls
14. **The ghouls show no sign of retreating and continue to run
towards the man as two more ghouls fall from a few shots
15. *William reloads his clip and checks to see how many clips
he has
16. **He has one more clip
17. *William aims closely about to fire when his pistol jams up
18. "Shit there isn't enough time for me to unjam this!"
19. *William holsters his pistol and draws his knife, 13 ghouls
still after him
20. **A ghoul jumps onto the man pinning him to the ground about
to claw him in the face
21. *The Sniper watches the ghoul about to shoot it until
suddenly a knife appears through the ghouls head and then
removed, tossing the body away
22. *William clutches his knife closely as another ghoul jumps
as his knife sinks through its head
23. *William rolls to the side as another ghoul jumps and he
throws his knife, missing the ghoul
24. *The Sniper aims carefully as the ghoul approaches the man
and he fires a shot hitting the ghoul as its head explodes
25. *William looks around and gets his knife, seeing the sniper
and waving as a thank you, not noticing the ghoul behind him as
it bits his left shoulder
26. **Luckily the bite is a graze but the ghoul had venom on its
fangs and William starts to fade out of conciousness
27. *The Sniper picks off the rest of the ghouls with haste
28. **The bodies fall, one by one blood splattering everywhere
29. **The man by the ghouls falls over not able to stand
30. *Williams fades out of consciousness as he sees the sniper
running towards him
What is the backstory of your character? (At least 2
paragraphs.)
William McMaster Murdoch, parents Gregory John Murdoch and Rose
Anderson, was born in the hub, and lived with his parents, his
father, a trader for the Crimson Caravan and her mother a
seamstress. William's parents brought in more than enough to
make ends meet and he grew up as a second class wastelander. He
had a nice life until his mother became ill and died from a
gecko bite left untreated. At the time William was 14 so he
could start to help his dad with work and bring in more caps.
When William was 20 his father bought him a pistol, taught him
how to clean it and fire, and a knife with his name engraved
into it. His father payed for his entry to a caravan to
Washington and after saying his goodbyes, packing his stuff and
buying food and munitions he left. Headed to Washington he
seeked a more exciting life so he went searching for factions.
The legion, to barbaric and uncivil and the NCR to dominant, the
Brotherhood to high-tech and town militias to poor. He was
walking in the wasteland when he saw a small dot on the
distance, until he realized it was a pack of feral ghouls.
Without thinking twice he whipped out his 10mm pistol his father
had bought for him (10 years ago if you were counting), cocking
it and popping off three shots hitting one of the ghouls to the
ground. Now William could see, there were twenty or more ghouls,
he couldn't take the all, but he would try. Firing off his first
clip and taking two more ghouls down he reloaded realizing that
with his poor accuracy he would not have enough ammo. He popped
off another clip killing four ghouls (13 left if you are
counting) and then reaching for his next clip, but there wasn't
another. He whipped out his knife as one ghoul jumped at him,
resulting on him pinned down. He jabbed the knife through the
ghouls skull killing it and rolling to the side before another
ghoul could jump on him. He leaped back putting some space
between him and the ghouls stabbing the ones that jumped at him
(approx. 10 left). He knew he couldn't take the rest, he felt a
fine line of sweat dripping down his forehead and his arms
tiring. Two more ghouls had fallen and now William was
exhausted, the ghouls still close, this was his end. Or was it?
Two shots rang out killing two more ghouls out of the herd that
were coming close, William looking around for the sniper seeing
a small black dot on a hill probably 300 meters away. William
got up feeling more reassured and stab another ghoul while the
sniper picked off the last five. William started moving in the
snipers direction but 5 men seemed to rush from behind him. "Get
on your knees and drop your weapons!" shouted the voice, William
not turning around. The sniper had faded out of sight but he
still hoped the sniper might save him if these men were a
threat. The man who shouted at William stepped around him and
William could now look at him, he was tall and wearing a helmet,
he had an assault carbine and a pistol and checked out Williams
gear. "You took down this herd?" asked the man, "Most of them
yes, there was a sniper on the hill who saved me." said William.
"Alright, if Caine thinks you are trustworthy than you are good.
He doesn't just save anyone you know." William talked to the man
and asked him some questions about his faction, which was the
278th Armored Cavalry Regiment and asked them about their goals
and such and saw that the faction was fitting to him. The man
said that they were recruiting and so William applied to join
the faction.

I have been role playing on HL2RP for 1 year now and have been
roleplaying on LS-RP and PR-RP since 2008. So I have been
serious roleplaying for nearly 5 years.
What is the IC goal of the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment? : To
unite everyone under 1 complete banner and let a real and true
republic rule.

Liam shoots the raider on the arm, attempting to disarm him
Lorenzo says "Do not resist. If you attempt to escape or resist
arrest, I will shoot you."
Liam radio's in "I caught a raider lurking on the outskirts of
town. I shot him in the arm. should I take him in to town to
arrest him, or kill him?"
The 278th general replies " Teach him what happens when you fuck
with 278th."
Liam radio's "Word, Sir."
Liam sends a soccer kick into the raiders chest.
The raider braces with both his arms trying to block it
Liam sends several punches to the raiders head.
Liam says "Sorry pal, but orders are orders."
Liam points the gun at The Raider's head.
The raider begins to teer up as he wimpers "Please understand
me, I gotta survive "
Liam replies "A'ight, then let me put you down"
Liam stedies the gun on the raiders head as pulls the rigger
**Click, Click
Liam has a frustrated expression as he pulls the trigger again.
**Click, Click
Liam throws the pistol on the floor
The raider chuckles as he adjusts something under his top.
The raider sends several punches to Liam's chest while
brandishing spiked nuckles
Liam cluches his chest as he gets on his knees groaning in pain.
The raider says with a mocking tone "A'ight mate, I understand
yah......"
The raider grabs Liam by the collar and sends a powerful punch
into his face
Liam falls backwards and tilts his sideways
** Liam would be unconscious
The raider searches Liam for any items of value.
The raider finds 20 NCR dollars and some bottle caps.
The raider sends several kicks into Liams torso
** Liam would start coughing up blood.
The raider sends on more soccer kick into Liam's face
The raider says " Aye mate, that one was for good luck"
The raider slowly walks of laughing....
Liam attempts to push himself onto his knees and then slowly
regains balance and gets on his feet.
Liam would groan as he clutches his face wiping away the blood
and dirt off his face.
Liam stumbles about and then trips over and lands head first
into dirt.
** Liam would fall unconscious again
What is the backstory of your character? (Atleast 2 paragraphs.)
I was born in the Heartland of the USA! In a god blessed vault
bestowed onto us by the last true Americans. Never knew my
mother she died early on never was an honest woman though, I
guess you could say Karma got her back. My father on the other
hand was on of them guys in white suites you know? He worked
down at the labs never saw much of him. The other kids were nice
to me, probably because I was one of more handsome and stronger
boys out there. One girl really caught my eye she was called
Elisha I would go out the vault into a radiation spring and back
out just for her, one day she decided to put this to the test
and this nearly had me shot by the overseer! I was just forcing
some locks trying to find this note that she said she held dear
to her, all I found was some overseer crap and he certainly
wasn't happy! Lucky enough for me he thought quite highly of my
father. Aye the girl was happy of me though first time I had a
good time in that shit hole!
Me and Elisha ventured out the vault and settled our way up in
Goodsprings, settled in well we did the doc up on little hill
reminded me of my father abit. Shit didn't stay good though the
city life deteriated when Elisha got radiation poising and the
Doc was to busy with some courier dude. Elisha died and
Goodsprings was dead for me, some settler even had the balls to
ask me to help the city out in some defense but I just wondered
off. Life wasn't shit for me here anymore.

you would be useful for. : A'ight I offer a range of skills
these include path finding once I go a certain way I will never
forget that path. I'm also good at tracking where ever it be by
general footprints or just investigating the local surroundings
and the people we meet. I also aint bad with a rifle and a
sabre.
