       Long-termed event including map change!

       [center]Wishing for nuclear winter
       The wasteland never was a comfortable place
       but right now, things are about to get way worse.
       Right now, literally, nuclear winter is heading towards
       Washington.
       Supplies which were already scarce are now extremely rare
       and common luxury has to be forgotten.
       Every creature has to face their predator now, the low
       temperature is worse than any raider or animal.[/center]
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       Welcome to the most recent long-termed event 'Wishing for
       nuclear winter'. The temperature dropped as winter has rised
       over Washington, food and other supplies are scarce, especially
       purified water. The snow and coldness are not less dangerous
       than the previous dangers such as raiders and animals even
       though they become even more aggressive now that they try to
       desperately stay alive with a last ration.
       This everything comes with a map change to the _snow version of
       our map (rp_salvation_2_stalker_snow), which brings quite some
       changes:
       -The motel (formerly known as Fairview) is now the New
       California Republic base.
       -The bunker at the former NCR training area is the Brotherhood
       of Steel base.
       -The town at the former place of the NCR base is the new
       Fairview, they live with the Brotherhood in symbiosis. The
       Brotherhood does not protect them but provides Fairview with a
       moderate amount of purified water in exchange for food and other
       miscellaneous items.
       -The former Brotherhood base is now an abandoned, old shack
       which requires some repairing, many poor people go there to die,
       mainly because of the temperature.
       -Since supplies are even more scarce now that the caravans are
       almost entirely stopped, traders and generally everyone with 'T'
       flags may not spawn as much as before, you will still have to
       roleplay everything and even the Crimson Caravan is not full in
       stock.
