Long-ish term event suggestion.

Ok, so I was thinking. Since there's goin' to be a new major,
that means new attitudes, right? If the NCR successfully invades
Fairview, then it would develop characters. There might be
pro-NCR citizens, or pro-Fairview citizens, planning a civil war
against the NCR to liberate Fairview. Riots, firefights,
arresting, public execution, etc. It'd be really interesting and
would really develop characters. It seemed like NCR were going
to attack Fairview/ Fairview+BoS were going to attack NCR
anyway, so..
Tell me what you think!

Probably, but who would they favour? Or would they just try to
take it over themselves? Because from what I hear, they hate
both sides.
