This is his friends leaving, and even though one of them claims
it's because he has to go, why is it that it's right when
they're robbing us and the ranger is walking towards us?

We can see here that he avoids roleplay.
I think it would be reasonable to say that even if they did have
to go for legitimate reasons, this is still not acceptable.
I believe Crawdy's case is something that is ultimately against
the rules, and he should be punished for it, or atleast forced
to continue to the role play with no interruptions.
Interestingly enough, these traders enjoy robbing people and
seem to be more like mercs. But, I guess, they are mercs, which
I'm okay with, but I'm not okay with avoiding RP. I know it
seems strange we have constant hostile situations with you,
diehard, but this is nothing against you but you did leave
strangely as he comes to us.

You're wrong, I didn't force you to do it.
I told you several times that I understood your mistake, but it
did not matter, I shot you because the two other wastelanders
claimed that you were a bandit. I wouldn't even have hit you, I
could have missed, but you chose to leave and avoidRP.

About killed your friend, You guys were in private property and
we warned you guys many times, but one of your friend jumped on
my friend from the top of trailer so I got no choice but to
shoot your friend down since he were attacking Kenneth.
