I think we can grow the WA community by opening our arms to the
new comers, instead of leaving them to run around the wasteland
picking up 1 cap every 5 mins.
I am not 100% sure what to do, that is why I am posting this, I
want people to pitch in ideas on how we can make new comers feel
more entertained. Now Now, I know the wasteland is a hostile and
hard place to live and get by. But after all, it is a game and
we want people to have fun, right?
So we need to get the balance right people, give new comers
something to do, while maintaining serious role play. As I said,
they are currently joining, running the Rusty springs, punching
people and getting banned or kicked. These people are not bad,
they are just bored. They see people with cool skins and guns,
and think 'Woah dude awesome shit'. We need to make them think
they can get to that stage to.
Yes, we can't just give them weapons and armor and let them
lose, but they need jobs, or Something to do!! I hope you can
see where I am coming from. Please pitch in some ideas.

First of all: It never is only the management that is to be
blamed because people are not constantly provided with gripping
roleplay even though it sure is not flawless but if newcomers
(to the server) really wanted and could roleplay, there are more
than enough opportunities to passively roleplay and those who
run around and punch people are not just newcomers to the server
but rather newbs to Serious Roleplay in general.

So we need to create a place that people can do some passive rp
(example: Casino, Bar.) and offers some jobs to newcomers.
The dried lake is a good place for a Casino or Bar because it a
flat and big area.

Nha, people who wants to RP actually find a way to RP, like that
group of tribals, they are new but they RP.
Punchwhores and others come only to troll, ruin RP and things
like that.

I agree with you all in some points. People who want to do
serious roleplay, will have fun to passive RP, but the new
players (especially those who never did serious roleplay) could
use some jobs, tasks, small events to introduce them to serious
RP. Of course you shouldn't be handing out weapons or armor.
