We're not going to defend ourselves for several reasons, but
I'll go ahead and point on on that Gecko thing, we didn't run up
to you, we thought you were running past us so we ran up to you,
we didn't know you were OOC, you went down a hill randomly
running past us, so we tried to attack you until you were OOC.
You can't judge our roleplay when you literally said NOTHING to
us about how you were OOC. You claim you don't know a lot about
us, because you never roleplayed with us, your opinion doesn't
mean anything if you never roleplayed with us, kay?
1. You have no real evidence.
2. You were with the people who tried to chase us and kill us,
like, we saw you talking to them and affiliating with them from
the mountain.
3. Implying that you are in a full suit of reinforced steel, I
mean, what? You said it was leather armor with a steel
undermesh, not some sort of pure solid steel suit, if it was
Power Armor I would say we couldn't even get close to
penetrating your armor, but it's not. And if it's not, we would
cause ballistic damage with our spears and, might I add, a
simple wiki search on Death claws doesn't prove anything.
4. Focused on winning? If I'm shot in the head, I die, simple?
I've never been in a situation other than that, except when you
people tried shooting us from these large distances away which
didn't even make sense, plus that entire "lolrunning" as you
call it, has been voided since on both sides you "lolran". When
we were attacked at the Gas-Station, we were angry because you
guys never saw us commit a crime, you walk up to me as I walk
out and say, "FUCK U" and try to run into me with a power fist
which didn't exist and I killed your character. Might I also add
all of our characters have combat armor and my character has a
suit of your "steel-armor" from your previous character. Even if
our spears couldn't penetrate it from pure kinetic energy, you
RAN INTO IT, honestly, it would. Our characters never log in
unless there's two of us, because otherwise we're weak, we have
strength in numbers. We have five members now, already, and
we're still growing.
5. We kept running because they can't engage us from such a
distance, they were literaly across the map and we didn't have
any god damn /me's to face because we didn't see them? When we
did, we just kept running once we saw the massive distance away
from us you were.
6. Okay, look, the whole "white-knightery", I'm okay with that
in an OOC aspect to the very directive of roleplay, but you make
every danger a non-danger. Why not just call it, "Everyone has a
gun and steel armor and is in the NCR and spends most of their
time talking about their wives simulator". You can be a
white-knight, but we need a group that can make the wastes
dangerous, our characters gather technology but don't use it, we
presently have a large house, although it may not be built yet,
and we're growing and expanding quickly. I may be getting our
sixth today, and that'll be it for the aspect of pre-made tools
because we're making our own at the moment. Please understand
that white-knightery is not cool and your characters need to
learn to have some human emotion. But of course, it's Fallout
and everyone in the world has to be this either..
Male - A badass person who strives for the best guns and armor,
drinking alchohol and saving the wasters from raider scum and
then getting paid for it.
Female - A petite, mute, or otherwise violent and man-wannabee
who usually has a sniper or an awesome trench coat and strives
to cyber with some robots of some sort, most of these are just
men in disguise.
Our characters don't fear your guns because they're just small
bullets, we have big spears, we have weapons capable of killing
people with Power-Armor, we have rifles, we have everything and
we're discovering their secrets. We actually roleplay, maybe 30
or so lines, discovering and exploring weapons and items. For
example, my Pip-Boy, our rifle, and our Laser Rifle. To say that
we try to get items for their own use is hypocrisy when you
complain EVERY SINGLE TIME about how everyone else doesn't get
their items taken away. We may be causing trouble, and strangely
have you noticed EVERY FUCKING TIME there's a criminal /
seemingly evil faction where sacrifices have to be made, there's
always some big complaint about how they've been such a big
trouble to everyone, causing havoc and all. If this is
Fallout-RP, why is it so safe? The only dangers are emotional
conflicts, us, and maybe a raider or animal from time to time. I
am literaly, at the moment, making a faction application, but
why submit it if most people are against us? I'm going to wait
until this is resolved and I'll post it. We considerably love
this server and would hate to leave it, with our faction, and
I'm not threatening you with this, but you would lose a small
chunk of your population.
The conclusion: We do not find ourselves guilty, you may, but we
know that we're not. We can continue bickering on things that we
obviously won't answer and we can stop, and then find more
issues to get ourselves on. But of course, you're going to pull
some sort of post saying that I'm just saying that because I
know I'm wrong. There is no right or wrong because we're basing
our roleplay off of a universe that is completely unrealistic.
Research on Deathclaw Bone? What? How did you do that? Is there
an official surgical anatomy and material thickness of Deathclaw
Bone? Hell no, but because they're hard to kill in game, we make
their bones thick, make sense? 80% Of the canon in most
roleplays are based off of pure educational guesses on the game.
Who says your little sniper can snipe us from the water tower to
the dry bed? Maybe it can in game, but we're also running, that
makes no sense. I wasn't going to reply, as suggested by my
"second-in-command", but since this is apparently turning into
some large situation where actual action could be taken, I'm
replying. Let's just end this, and if you find we're doing
something wrong, tell us how to fix it and we'll try, otherwise
we can't help you. Banning us won't help anything, and if you
do, well, what can I do honestly?

Thats an invalid fear, if you've already seen one tribe mate
die, you would have been afraid of guns. Not to mention that I
never IMPLIED I was in full metal armor, I had reinforced it
with steel plates on the front back and sides, leggings and
shoulders included. I RPed doing it.
Guns can shoot for miles, regardless of type, running and then
disconnecting was a violation of RP rules. The sole purpose of
guns is to engage FROM A DISTANCE, saying we can't engage WITH
such a device is moronic.
As for the dangerous part? We have raider chars, Legion,
internal conflicts, animals, robots, Legion... There's plenty to
be dangerous, but a tribe with some bone spears that can
insta-kill anyone is just not fun, or logical.
Snipers hit running targets frequently, and with the aid of Luis
as a spotter you both would have been dead quickly, you instead
IGNORED Operators and roleplayers who all agreed you were
failing, you then left the server avoiding RP.
If you had bothered reading the comments, no one disagrees with
me on this topic.
White-Knightery is in fact a human emotion, if it wasn't it
wouldn't exist.
As for my opinion... My opinion is valid because I have
roleplayed with you. And you were terrible, avoiding RP, failing
to /me at some points, OOC coordination most likely, my opinion
can mean something, and it has because frankly I don't think
there's too many people here who have enjoyed roleplaying with
you.
One more thing... I did not RUN INTO your spear or combat
situation, I was on the OUTSKIRTS of your territory, you did not
ask, you did not do anything except walk up with your weapons
magically ready, and kill me. It was in my description that it
was steel plated leather armor. You must have not read it.
I would be fine with losing my stuff if you had legitimately
RPed.
EDIT: Also, more importantly having a tribe of six or more
hostile tribals on the server at the same time ALL the time is
NOT A GOOD THING. That's a fourth of the server population, and
would begin to disrupt other people from joining or being on
when they had to, not even NCR or legion has a fourth of the
server space taken up frequently.

1. What? How does that make sense, I saw myself die with a gun?
My friends were in the house and didn't know what you guys did
to me, we didn't see anything. And for the record, your little
steel armor, please tell me these things. Can you tell me that
even if you RUN into a spear with a metal shaft and deathclaw
bone head, we still wouldn't?
2. A 9mm can shoot for miles? Uh-huh. Yes, but it would have
shite accuracy, and so would a Sniper-Rifle, and that really
isn't a sniper rifle, it's just a broken down "sniper rifle".
It's a large rifle with a scope, if you know anything about
sniping from a distance over a mile, you need to know things
like wind distance and such to get a head shot.
3. What does that have to do with anything? I've never
encountered any Legion, internal conflicts aren't real threats,
and animals are weak because players complain about them too
much. Might I also add noone is a Robot practically but donators
and those few admins who rarely use it. The insta-kill part is
just silly, I don't care if we insta-kill you, your friend
insta-killed me with a gunshot to the head, logical, yes?
4. Yes, they hit running targets, with actual spotters with
actual spotting equipment, and even less likely a headshot.
5. I read the comments, I saw some people who disagreed and
noone really agreed with you, they just didn't argue against it.
You're just running words out of your mouth with no evidence
such as logs, screenshots, or video.
6. If I was starving or attempting to survive, and I saw someone
die or get mugged? I would help them if they had nothing, or
not, the possibility of dying is something around the corner,
you don't care if you die because you'll just NLR and keep all
of your things and then white-knight again.
7. Not many people have enjoyed roleplay, I think a lot of
people have, they must might not have enjoyed the outcome of the
roleplay. We never avoided RP, because we agreed to void it,
please explain the "terrible RP" and "failing to /me at some
points" some more.
8. I was talking about the gas-station with the running into my
spear, for the later situation, we were all four attacking you
from four sides with spears, and I had an assault-rifle. You
claim that you have steel armor everywhere, even if it COULD
deflect it, which it can't, we wouldn't be that stupid.
9. For the conclusion, of your last statement, you accepted your
fate and roleplayed dying, but then said that you wanted to keep
your items, and then we said no, that's when you FREAK OUT.
Honestly, ask the admins, you're all cool until you lose your
gun, we killed you because of your machine, we kill for machines
and we worship it zealously.
Stop trying to argue, if you walk up to our camp and we have the
chance, if you have a weapon, we'll kill you again. It will be
the same for anyone, speaking of which I have a nice pip-boy
with V.A.T.S, will help me with my spear-throwing.
Good day, sir.

This is a complaint thread to gather facts and opinions, not a
ban suggestion yet, and especially with that many witnesses,
including an operator, of situations I semi-experienced
evidences are not needed to discuss something.
And a pip-boy would not magically make you hit every target
perfectly, the V.A.T.S. cannot be just transferred 1:1 from the
Fallout games as it is not entirely logical IC'ly.

1.) No that in fact would not pierce an inch of reinforced
steel, it would in all likely hood bounce off causing a dent, or
even shatter from the force. Bone's aren't effective for
weapons, that's why people use stone. And why no one in fallout
has made one.
And if you're in a tribe, you're in a close knit community, your
friends would have seen the body and been afraid. But they
didn't RP after they lolran off so I wouldn't know.
2.) A sniper rifle is built for MASSIVE long distance
engagements, and with Luis as a spotter, a shot could have
defiantly hit. He rolled an 85, you ignored it even after OP's
told you to react.
3.) You've already avoided threat's as accounted by people who
have dangerous characters, you have no right to judge that. It
does have something to do with this though, you brought it up
and I'm saying we don't need a fourth of the server trying to
kill the other three fourths.
The insta-kill part... Yes, it's logical because you agree'd to
it, if you hadn't we would have been fine with you rolling to
the side and dodging it. But frankly spears are not fantastic
weapons when people are armored, and they take time to throw,
you ALWAYS had them out and were able to instantly throw. Even
pro-athletes take time to wind up a throw, and you just happen
to instantly throw a 90mph spear dead into my chest, you never
/me'd winding it up, it was just /me throws the spear at the
mans chest. It needs to be detailed, or it can be ignored or
redone.
4.) No one said it was a headshot, but it was a killshot as
dictated by the roll, and Luis is a valid spotter as he was
chasing you and could have fed info through the radio. This is
done often in the military. You're essentially saying guns are
useless unless at point blank range, and even if the gun was two
hundred years old, if it functions it can still do its job.
5.) Witnesses are completely valid, but no one agree's with YOU,
I do have some people who agree with me. So far no one has
supported you, therefore more people support what I'm saying.
6.) That's meta, and Luis is within his rights for
white-knightery, he is a well supplied merc, that can afford to
give to others.
7.) You ran around the map ignoring snipers that had already
scored a kill shot, ignored Operators, left the server while RP
was still going on. I don't need to explain I have plenty of
witnesses who agree that it wasn't ok.
8.) Bone spears, not entire body was covered but it was still
enough to protect me. And not to mention there were two behind
me that NEVER /me'd doing so. I could not see them and could not
tell them to /me getting behind me. The entire scenario had very
little RP with all of you basically walking over, then all of a
sudden BOOM you all throw spears. That's it. The fact is you
never gave me a chance to react, if you walked behind me I would
hear footsteps, if you pulled out your weapons, I would hear, if
you were throwing spears you'd need to prepare your throws. It
was just me saying: "Max Johanson: Uhm... No thanks Im good
here..." then "/me Attempts to stab the man in the back with his
spear" then "/me throws his spear at the man"
You need to RP the whole scenario, not just combat. It's not
proper if you just walk around behind OOCly then /me killing me.
You never even gave me a chance to explain what you did wrong it
was just all four of you yelling at me in OOC to give up my gun.
If you wan't to do that go on darkRP.
9.) Indeed I was upset about losing my gun, but it was only
until later I realized JUST how unfair it was. V.A.T.S does not
factor into aim either, its just an organized system to tell
percentages. And I can not state this enough... I WAS JUST
OUTSIDE YOUR CAMP. If you had wanted to attack me, you would
have done so from being surprised, you wouldn't set up this
elaborate trap without even /me'ing walking around me.
And by the way? I'd like to suggest a ban.

Make a proper ban request, it appears as though you're just
saying that we didn't roleplay correctly or something, this
isn't ban material, and it's not even correct.
I actually have six people who support me, they just haven't
posted, you all appear to underestimate a deathclaw bone spear
against a steel undermesh, which doesn't mean that it completely
covers you, maybe one of them may have not hit, but we always
strike for the head, neck, or abdomen.

So, 60+ for a hit.. So say that we're running at full speed,
he's at the water tower, and we're at the drybed, without a
spotter telling him wind speed and distance, he would still hit?
That isn't realistic, but I guess I'll have to go with it, but
we're not redoing it because it's been to far.
