       Tribe complaint.

As many of you may know I have died a few times to the Alpha
       delta bravo tribe thing.
As of now we have debated whether or not I should give them my
       weapons because of NLR.
But they've done many other things abusive that fail in actual
       RP.
       List:
       Lolrunning
       Ignoring /me's
Ignoring Sniper shot of 85% [Death]
       Failing to Play To Lose
       avoiding RP [Quit after lolrunning]
       Failing to FearRP
       Ignoring armor
Here's my side of the story...
I was just outside their camp when they walked up to me and
asked to trade, I said sure, they invited me inside. A man then
sneaked up behind me impaling my reinforced steel leather armor
with a spear made of death claw bones. One got an instant
headshot, and the third impaled me in the back.
Suspiciously enough when they invited me in I said no and one
attacked me soon after. They claim I was in their territory, and
that was their reason for attacking, but they INVITED me in.
Another problem I see with this is that they never /me'd trying
to sneak behind me, he was just instantly there and boom. Dead.
What I wan't out of this is the entire scenario voided, OR
redone WITH PROPER /me's and roleplay.
I do have witnesses for many of these offenses, and am prepared
       with more evidence if needed.

       +1 SUPPORT
They have ran away from me too, they also threw a spear at the
back shell of my radscorpion and said I was impaled through
brain.. Then when they destroyed huge rocks with a single /me, I
drawed my weapons but they simply did /me runs off and then ran
       off to the watertower.

By that logic my laser should have pierced their armor.

I was one of their victims aswell. One invited me to trade, I
accepted and wanted to buy some food. When they lead me to their
storage and asked me to pay I was impaled by three spears in the
back, but - to be honest - I was fine with that RP, because
their strength was overwhelming compared to my chance of
       survival that moment.
About the 'lolrunning'... 'lolrunning' is just fleeing from a
situation you want to escape from and it's alright, as long as
you have the possiblity to escape and mind nearby players /me's.
For example you just can't 'lolrun' from a situation, when
someone pushes the barrel of a gun against your head, but you
can if he's 50 meters away. For me there isn't even such a thing
       as 'lolrunning'.
If they ignored /me's or sniper shots and even left after
running away, so you can't hunt them down, it's fail RP. Mind
they might haven't seen the sniper shot's /me or they had OOC
reasons to leave that moment. If they had OOC reasons, you
should continue the RP situation later.
About the FearRP... I think it depends... they might not even
know how your guns and power fists work. Maybe they just can't
       FearRP that.
A lot of people fail at P2L sadly. I think most of them are
afraid of getting a PK for their characters and tend to
powergame instead of doing realistic roleplay, because they fear
       a PK or something.
I think they attacked you and killed you, saying you were in
their 'territory', because they wanted to take your technology
(power fists, maybe other weaponry). They did the same to me
because they wanted my character's Pip-Boy. The sneaking up
behind me wasn't roleplayed aswell, but I accepted it since they
were fighting me three versus one and I technically didn't stand
       a chance.
When they killed me I told them I would not give my weapons
away, because of OOC reasons and they accepted it.

Maybe disable the PK will solve the Powergaming problem. As
       people scared to be PKed.

I think a lot of people don't see what a PK is for.
A PK is only used when the killed character can't be replaced by
any other random character, who might've gotten into the
situation. For example: They killed me to get the Pip-Boy, but
they could've got the Pip-Boy from any other vault dweller, thus
       resolving my death in NLR.
Another example: When a group of bandits or an animal
robs/attacks and kills you, it's NLR, because the bandits
could've robbed and killed any other waster. Same goes for the
       animal.
You only use the PK when absolutely nessecary, e.g. when someone
with a high rank gets abducted and dies (NCR Major, BoS Head
Paladin) or when you kill someone for bounty or other personal
reasons (revenge maybe). Some of these problems can still be
       solved with NLR though.
I guess noone really has to fear a PK if combat RPing.
Edit: Overall I'm against a PK disable, since it's absolutely
important for the server lore. Sometimes important people will
have to die so the server develops. Just sayin'.

Then, PK will be approved or witnessed by a Admin or Super
       Admin, not Operator.

I totally agree on that. If no admin is present you should just
not play the character until an admin can check the logs.

When they Lolran they did not give us a chance to /me they
didn't even /me running away when they saw us.
Edit: And they've done this before taking my gear OOCly and
ICly. Not only that but Im an armed to the teeth merc... I
honestly doubt that a few spears are gonna kill me. Point is
they've been too OP for a tribe of people who are supposed to be
       stupid afraid, cautious, and superstitious.

If you wish to make a complaint; have valid evidence, not just
oral support. Anybody can make things up, and that's exactly
       what I'm seeing here; a one-sided complaint.
