Suggestion: Wildlife Arena

Hey guys, I got an idea, which is totally not stolen from New
Vegas, aka, The Thorn.
We should open an arena where animals fight against eachother,
or against prime normals.
Humans also should be allowed to host their own fights for caps
and set bets.
The only requirement would be: No complaining in LOOC. Like
seriously, nobody pays caps to see 2 night stalkers arguing
about their venoms.
This would make the Wildlife Faction more active and could be
the new 'Eye-Candy' in the wasteland.

The place for the arena should be easily voidable/ usable on a
different way since it might not be active all the time and
rather take place then.
