       Question
       The answer already given says that the medium type will need to
       choose an epsilon amount of education in separating PBE, what
       does 'epsilon amount of education' mean?
       Answer
       Epsilon means a tiny amount larger than zero, to separate from
       the zero productivity guy. The remainder of the solution is like
       before.
