Could you please provide more details for Q1 section b? I

If I understood well, the basic idea is very simple. With "R"
you can reproduce all the other operator, that is "P" and "I";
for this reason you can say that it is complete. But, for
example, using only "P" you're not able to obtain an indifferent
relationship "I", because if xPy it could never be xIy.
Similarly for "I". If xIy you will never reach that xPy. Hence,
R is complete because you can recover all the other preferences'
relationship with it, and the same is not true for P and I.
Considering lexicographic preferences, you don't have the
relation "I", but just "P" (and "R"), so "P" is enough to cover
all the preferences's relationship of that specific preferences
(lexicographic).
Anyway, it is better to wait Julia's answer.
