       WELCOME TO WNERPG! [Rules, FAQ, Start-Up Guide]

       If you are new to roleplaying, or just confused on what to do
       here, read this post and hopefully any questions will be
       answered.
       WNERPG stands for Warriors The New Era RPG. The game is played
       in an AU (alternate universe), basically meaning that the
       original warriors characters never existed. There are a few main
       Clans in WNERPG, and a Tribe, and you'll notice they are not the
       Clans/Tribe from the books. Anyone is welcome to join any of the
       groups, but in order to obtain an HP, you must fill out a form
       and wait to be accepted. You may have no more than 1 high
       position per group.
       Any non high positions are AUTO-ACCEPTED, and no form is
       required to RP them. ^^
       Additional info can be found in the Clan Guides, so be sure you
       read them.
       Rules of the Forum
       If any rules are broken, the member at fault is subject to
       warnings, suspension, or permanent ban from the forum by staff.
       Please report any rule breaks so I may handle it.
       1. Do not mini-mod. This means no telling off another
       member/publicly announcing a rule break UNLESS you are a staff.
       REPORT any rule breaks, do not handle it yourself.
       2. Do not power play. Power playing is when you RP/auto-injure
       another member's character without their permission. IF A MEMBER
       POWERPLAYS YOUR CHARACTER AND KILLS IT, DON'T FREAK OUT. YOU MAY
       CONTINUE TO RP IT ALIVE.
       3. Art theft and plagiarism WILL result in an IMMEDIATE ban from
       the forum. It is not only illegal, but extremely offensive to
       the original owner of the work who worked hard on whatever was
       stolen.
       4. OOC Whining, nagging, baiting, lying, and drama-making is not
       allowed. I should hope this was assumed, but I'm reminding you
       this can result in serious consequences. It is not only
       annoying, but rude to draw attention to yourself.
       5. Respect all members. Note that this says all members, not
       just staff. Respect & kindness is key, being mean or
       disrespectful will have consequences.
       6. Discrimination against other members is insulting and will
       result in a ban. This goes for any type of discrimination-
       gender, sexuality, etc.
       7. Do not spam important threads, and double-posting is OK, but
       try to refrain from bumping a thread every five minutes. (NOTE
       THAT THIS IS NOT A RULE, JUST A SUGGESTION)
       8. Have fun! There may seem like there's a lot of rules, but I
       trust that no-one here will break any!
       FAQ
       Q: What does (p) mean in a thread title? / What is a private
       thread?
       A: (p) is short for private. / private threads mean that they
       aren't open for just anyone to post in, typically a thread
       between two (sometimes more) RPers.
       Q: I'm confused!
       A: Don't freak out. Read over the rules, the group guide to the
       group you're interested in joining, and look over the start-up
       guide. If you have any further questions, ask in the Help
       Center.
       Q: Do I have to create a form to RP a character?
       A: No, unless said character is one you're going for to be an
       HP, in which case it must be accepted.
       Q: What types of animals are allowed here?
       A: I will be posting a karma guide later, and that will explain
       more. Basically, as you gain karma (see it under everything by
       your avatar and display name?) you will 'unlock' new animals and
       be eligible to play cool, exotic creatures. Some will be free,
       though.
       Q: A member was being mean to me! What do I do?
       A: Report it, and the staff will handle it.
       Q: A staffer was being mean to me! What do I do?
       A: PM me, and I'll handle it. No staff member should be mean to
       you.
