Looking to Join (Froggie)

[center]She was a slender she-cat with gentle eyes, and no home.
Her intentions of coming to WindClan were simple- She was
looking to join. Her name was Whittle, and she was barely six
moons old. With shaggy brown fur and ribs showing, it was clear
she was in bad shape.
Hopefully Maroonstar would give her a stable home.[/center]

Maroonstar padded around camp looking for something to do. Then,
out of the corner of his eyes, he saw a kit, who obviously had
not eaten in awhile and walked over to her. "Hello little one.
Who may you be?" he asked in a soft tone, trying not to scare
the little one.

gazed up at Maroonstar. Whittle paused, then added, "I'm sorry
to invade.. I just... Could I join your Clan, maybe? I'd be
loyal and... And..." She wasn't sure what else to add.
Maybe he'd say yes. That'd be cool. She could become
'Whittlepaw', and be a real apprentice, in a real Clan. She
could become something more than just a scrap of useless fur
like she was now.[/center]

if I can survive out there without protection." Whittle meowed
in reply. Clearly she wasn't intimidated by Maroonstar, though
whether that was good or bad, she wasn't sure of yet.
With a sigh, she looked at Maroonstar pleadingly.

"Alright, then, by the power of Starclan, I name you Whittlepaw.
But before you start your training, you need to eat and rest."
Maroonstar meowed and showed Whittlepaw the Apprentice Den,
walked over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a rabbit. He gave
Whittlepaw the rabbit and laid down.

taking a grateful bite out of the rabbit. It had been so long
since she had eaten last. Of course, she managed grubs daily,
