Please Ask Me Before Promoting ANY Staff!

[center]Guys, I trust your opinions, okay? It's just I want to
keep track of WHO is staff, and also how many staff members we
need.
Also, I will promote anyone to something higher than a J-Mod,
okay? Feel free to say, 'Oh, Lucinda would make a great G-Mod',
but I'll promote them, because I want to personally check their
behavior and RP samples. And finally... Make sure you wait a
little before promoting someone, or asking to promote them, I
mean.
The only reason I promoted Wolfie and Spanny as soon as they
joined is because a) I needed some help and b) I have roleplayed
with them before on another site and know they're both advanced.
I really want advanced RPers as staff right now, ones I can
trust are good spellers, grammatically correct, and so on.
And now, if you're staff YOU WILL BE DEMOTED IF YOU AREN'T A
GOOD ROLEPLAYER AFTER YOU GET PROMOTED. I don't want to sound
harsh, guys, but that's what we need. I trust our current
staffers (well.. The ones I know about. I think I'm a bit
behind..) to be great RPers, but this is just for future
reference.
Oh, and finally... Only Admins are allowed to promote staff. I'm
not sure if the other ranks are able to, but even if they can,
well, just don't.
Now... Who all is staff again, other than Wolfie, Spanny, and

I saw this and was like, "oh no me and spanny are in trouble."
XD
I promoted Gullie, 'cuz I know she's a good roleplayer and my
best friend. Spanish asked me to promote FudgeBall for her, and
I trusted her and promoted Fudge, but I don't actually know
anything about Fudge. XD Sorry.

Nah, you guys aren't in trouble. I just wanted to make sure this
doesn't happen in the future. So Fudge was promoted? Okay. Could
you stalk Fudge for me for a bit and tell me if she's a good
RPer?
