       Taintedstar was no longer in a mood to speak. She just shook her
       head, and downcast, hopped off the rock. "Meeting adjourned. We
       meet with Rumenikstar by the border tomorrow, plans will be
       discussed there." the calico muttered, padding into her den.

       A soft sigh came from the black femme beside Lingeringeclipse.
       Taintedstar's long-time friend, Victorychant. Victorychant had
       been with her friend through thick and thin, and she knew what
       it was like to lose both parents. Her mother, Aurorastar had
       been killed alongside Taintedstar's mother, and her father,
       Warfare, died before she was born. The she cat noticed the look
       on Lingeringeclipse's face, and awkwardly huddled closer to him.
       She had always admired the deputy and thought him handsome, but
       she knew he liked Taintedstar, so she usually didn't make any
       moves.

       Lingeringeclipse watched sorrowfully as Taintedstar padded into
       her den.  His eyes flicked over to Victorychant, noticing her
       moving closer.  He coughed to break the silence."Oh...Hi." He
       said stupidly to Victorychant,who (to him) looked very proud and
       dignified, complete opposite of him. Oh boy...she looks mad.
       Oops... He thought, thinking she was angry.
