Bug/Glitch Reports

Title of Suggestion: Bug/Glitch Reports
Description: The "Bug/Glitch Reports" board is locked. It is
not triggered for any kind of posting, other than Mike's
template sticky. The board should be opened up.
Why: I would like to report bugs and glitches (I've found quite
a few) without it being on the wrong board.

The whole board is locked, as in, you can't even get into it to
view the "TEMPLATE" post? Or can you just not make new threads?

I did, but the settings seem completely normal, therefore I'm
trying to get to the root problem.
