STAFF RULES

1) All staff members must follow the rules in the "Official Rule
Book" section of the forums. Being staff does not give you the
permission to do as you please. Rules are in place for a reason,
and EVERYONE MUST FOLLOW THEM. No exceptions.
2) Make decisions not based on what you want, but instead on
what you believe to be the best choice overall for the longevity
of the game, and what is just for the situation.
3) Be just, kind, respectful, and professional, as well as all
other traits that are expected in a rank such as the one that
you are given.
4) Staff who are found to be abusing their powers will be
disposed of without warning.
5) Do not use your powers to give yourself an unfair advantage
over other players. Enough said.
6) You were promoted to staff for a reason, respect the powers
and responsibility of the position. If you feel that you are
unable to handle your responsibilities, you are free to step
down from your position at any time.
7) You worked hard to be placed into this position, and you are
extremely important to keep the game out of turmoil and chaos.
You are extremely important to us, but this does not give you
special privileges. If you break a rule you will be treated as a
member of the game, not as a staff member. You do not get
special treatment. You having this position doesn't put you
above anyone else, you are still a human and are an equal to
everyone else. Understand and accept this.
8 ) Higher up staff members have the right to strip you of your
privileges at any time, as your position was a gift from us
originally, considering that we found/find you to be worthy of
this position. If you are found doing anything unjust in
general, you will be sent away.
9) Corruption is not tolerated, and justice will reign no matter
what happens, do not even try having the audacity to test me on
this.
10) These rules are subject to change at any time, and higher up
staff members have the right to use their digression in each
specific situation to make a decision about how to deal with a
lower staff member.
