Order In The Court!!!

Title of Suggestion: The Court Room
Description: I would love to see a server wide court room with
players able to defend themselves in an honest debate over the
issue at hand.
For example, if a player broke a rule, was reported and jailed,
that player could have one last chance in "court" to explain
themselves.
The "court" would either keep the player in jail, be released of
the charges (only decidable by the judge), or condemned to a
punishment worse than jail such as a ban, or a permanent mute
after being released from jail (unless the accuser/victim allows
the original punishment).
Court consists of: one owner/admin (judge), one moderator or
support (deputy/witness), the accused player, the reporter, and
the victim.
Why: Because of my previous experiences with abusive staff
members and a horrible community, I have been accused and
punished for things that I did not do, and I want to prevent
that on this server with a fair judging system.

Terrific idea. I agree completely with this and the reasons for
it. Instead of 1 possible abuser, there're multiple people who
can work it out together and decide on a fair punishment, kind
of like a checks and balances based decision. I support this
one.
