Name (in game): Wowipwnthis
Name (IRL): John
Skype: wowipwnthis
Primary Language: English
Secondary Languages: Italian
Age: 19
How long have you been playing?: been here since before warrior
was up!
Key traits: Dedicated, Intelligent, Helping, Understanding,
Trustworthy
Why should you be moderator? (should be in-depth): A good F-mod
is one who accepts criticism and is able to admit to their
mistakes.
A good mod/admin is humble. Humble enough to say “I was wrong”.
A good mod/admin does not jump to conclusions, but carefully
analyses each post then makes an informed judgement.
A good mod/admin doesn't let their personal interests influence
their duty and decisions.
A good mod/admin is one who can justify their actions and
explain should there be confusion or misunderstanding.
A good mod/admin is open and honest and not afraid to state what
they truly believe
A good mod/admin disregards their green background/crown and do
not consider themselves better than others.
A good mod/admin places others’ priorities before their own.
A good mod/admin is one who cares about the community from the
goodness of their heart.
A good mod/admin is approachable and can be asked for help or
clarification.
A good mod/admin is not biased, but treats everyone fairly and
does not discriminate.
A good mod/admin does not take everything literally, but rather
in context.
A good mod/admin is patient and allows room for explanation if
need be.
A good mod/admin is one that regularly interacts with the
community, rather than moderating more than required.
A good mod/admin is one who stays true to themselves and does
not allow the role to change them.
A good mod/admin needs to be able to exercise empathy whilst
simultaneously upholding the guidelines.
These are all the standards I hold myself to, in game and out of
game, no matter what i do.

You say you were here since Warrior started, but I have no idea
who you are. Perhaps I'm not paying attention.

I agree with those traits and I'll stand with you on that end,
but I have not seen you often in game / on the forums so I'm
unsure as to your side of Warrior (experience/knowledge-wise.)
