I highly doubt the Warrior team will accept your application
due to three reasons. 1. The game didn't come out yet. 2. You're
fairly new to Warrior. 3. You don't start as an admin, you start
as a helper. If you get denied, please wait a couple of weeks or
months after Warrior comes out so you gain a better
understanding of the game. Then make an application.

a staff position.
