       OFFICIAL RULE BOOK [Forums]

       Forum Rules:
       1. Spamming
       All unnecessary and irrelevant posts (on a topic) and topics is
       considered spamming, plain and simple. The rule is broken down
       into four parts.
       1.1 Creating replies with a single word or emoticon is
       considered spam and will be removed/Infracted.
       1.2 Bumping: Once every 24 hours, any sort of bump under 24
       hours from the most recent post will earn you an infraction.
       1.3 Inappropriate Content: Posting any sort of pictures or
       videos of violent, por nographic, nudity or offensive content is
       not allowed.
       1.5 Making constant threads about a single subject.
       2. Links to Other Sites and Referral Links
       These are the only accepted links are permitted on these forums,
       at all:
       2.1 Community Links: Links to other communities include
       MoparScape, RuneLocus, etc. as long as the links are within the
       limitations of the rules, and not another server.
       2.2 Media Links: All media links are generally accepted as long
       as they do not break any other rules.
       2.3 Referral: Not allowed at all.
       2.4 Advertising: Will result in a ban.
       3. Ranting/Flaming
       It is considered spam/offensive behavior, and you may be given
       an infraction.
       This is a Zero-Tolerance rule.
       4. Personal Information
       Posting anyone’s personal information without their permission
       is completely against the rules. Personal information is
       personal. This includes addresses, phone numbers, pictures,
       videos, etc.
       5. Always follow the sectional rules
       If you are entering another section of the forums, there might
       be a set of rules you must follow for that section. Be sure to
       read and follow them to avoid any infractions against your
       account.

       DISCLAIMER
       Punishments vary upon each specific situation. Staff will do
       their best and use their best digression to decide on what
       action to take. Everything is relevant, and our staff members
       were promoted to their positions for a reason. Staff are given
       the permission to amend the rules at any time in any situation.
       If you have a problem with it, post it in the "Report A Staff
       Member" section of the forums, or go to a higher up ranked staff
       member.
