Title of Suggestion: Remove Slayer Task
Description: Remove slayer tasks by talking to Vannaka at ::home
Why: It's annoying when you have to kill something in one task,
and get the same monster in the next. I once received 92 green
drags. I finished it, he gave me another 123 to kill.. and I
hated every bit of it because they are aggressive all the time.
Add a points system, or let us be able to remove a task with 100
fog tokens (something to save our tokens for).
