Does something happen?

Whenever I try to load the game at like 9-11 am in the morning
it keeps stopping at
Checking for updates- 98% (9)
Why does this happen? 3rd time now :-[

After it sits there for a while, does it eventually load? Or
does it just stop there?

It just freezes there, normally doesn't load till near 12 pm my
time

Extremely odd. Do you have skype? I think I might be able to

I figured it out, it had something to do with my connection to
the internet.
