FOG Tokens

Title of Suggestion: FoG tokens
Description: Make the number of FoG tokens dropped by slayer
tasks differ based on the level of the monster. I.E. stronger
monsters drop more tokens
Why: It doesnt make sense to get 3 tokens from a level 11
Goblin, and then go kill a much higher level creature such as a
black dragon, and still only get 3 tokens.

I see what you're saying and I understand but I don't want it to
be too easy to get a Chaotic with loads of Fogs being dropped.

Im not saying loads of FoGs being dropped, Im just saying that
more should be dropped by higher level creatures. Like have the
monsters in tiers based on their levels. say a tier one monster
drops one FoG Token, and a tier five monster drops five.
