       DICING RULES

       I bet my blue partyhat vs. Dice's purple partyhat in a simple
       game of dice duel, I'm practically winning and he says I have to
       do all this shit and that that game is not legit, HE WAS ALREADY
       PLAYING....
       Dice is making all these stupid words and things I have to say
       and different shit like:
       "Cnf" for confirmed the bet
       "Dec" for declining the bet
       "w/l" win/lose where if you lose you get an item from the
       winner...
       Where the fuck did all this nonsense come from?!
       I've never seen anyone say cnf or dec back in the Fishy FC in
       runescape...
       What happened to betting for an item, rolling/dice duelling,
       then giving the prize?
       I basically just lost a partyhat because of some kid making
       rules up and saying
       "Every pro dicer makes people say cnf or dec"
       "play w/l cause that's how everyone plays big pots"
       Mike, makes legitimate rules for dicing or else shit like this
       will happen where some kid with dice comes and starts making
       people dice the way he wants them to..... If they want to
       suggest a rule for dicing, let them suggest it, but don't let
       them make rules up as they go and try and say it's how its
       always been.

       Mate, I understand that you're unhappy, but cnf, dec, w/l, etc
       are real things. I, being someone who HAS hosted in fishy and
       winallday, can verify it. I understand your frustration, and
       yes, I will add dicing rules, but dding is different from just
       betting an item and rolling. It's not betting, it's dueling.
