Where's Karen and David?

One of this episode's weak points is that a dying Tyreese
hallucinates about the people he's known and lost in the
apocalypse: Lizzie and Mika, Bob, Martin, and the Governor. But
where's Karen and David?
In season the season 4 episode "Isolation," an enraged Tyreese
demanded that Rick find who killed Karen and David and bring
them to him. In "Isolation" Carol admitted to Rick that she was
the killer. In "Indifference" Rick banished Carol to protect
her from Tyreese (he actually wanted to protect his children
from her), and in "The Grove," Carol admitted to Tyreese she
killed Karen and David, but he forgave her.
So with all that built up drama, why didn't Tyreese see Karen
and David?
I know Chad Coleman said they couldn't bring back the actress
who played Karen, but AMC should've brought both actors back for
closure, or Gimple should've rewritten this episode entirely.

I think it's because Tyreese had already gotten closure for her
death when Carol finally admitted it to him. So any guilt he
felt was taken off his shoulders then unlike the girls, Martin,
and Bob.
I think he was seeing those he felt personally responsible for
tbh. The Governor as well, he probably feels hes to blame for
him going after Andrea.
But overall I hated that episode. Tyreese got a stupid death and
we had to see and hear from Beth again.

Thanks, Ricky.
You have a good point that Tyreese may have found closure over
Karen's death by forgiving Carol. From a dramatic standpoint we
had all this buildup over Tyreese's anger and grief over Karen's
death (not so much David), and while he forgave Carol, he never
hallucinated that Karen and David visited him and said they
couldn't be saved and what Carol did was drastic, but it was
also the right thing.
I also hated this episode. The fifth season was the beginning
of The Walking Dead's decline story wise.

It really was and here we are in Season 7 and Carol is still
going through depression.
