I like him, he's mine now

Those are the words Negan said about Daryl after he got up and
       struck him.
So it appears Negan was impressed by Daryl's bravery even though
it was a stupid move. But what does this mean for Daryl? Is
Negan going to try and convert him to a savior or what?
I also wonder how the feud between him and Dwight will revolve
       around this.

Keep in mind (poor choice of words. Sorry, Glenn and Abe :-X),
that I haven't seen the premiere, but from the description, I
think Negan's impressed that Daryl had no fear of him (neither
did Carl) so he took Daryl along because he's got the potential
       to become a Savior.
Negan lost a lot of flunkies, I mean men. He needs to recruit,
       and Daryl's the top candidate.
The Daryl and Dwight feud is one of the dumbest things Gimple
ever dreamed up. Daryl wants to kill Dwight just because he
stole his crossbow and motorcycle? Then he wants to avenge
Denise, who he barely knew? And finally, Daryl walks into an
       obvious trap?! >:(

It was Denise but yeah I agree about this shoehorned feud
between him and Dwight. Speaking of which what do you think
would've made it more realistic? How would you have gone about
       it?
And I think you're right that Negan admires Daryl's fearlessness
and wants to try and recruit him, only problem is Daryl is loyal
to Rick and his other family so that's not gonna happen.
