       Those were Glenn's final words to his wife before Negan
       continued bashing in his brains with Lucille. When I first heard
       it I wondered just what he meant by that but I guess it was his
       of telling her that he'll always be with her.
       Either way that was a haunting farewell. But I'm glad Glenn got
       his comic death.

       Someone on the other forum speculated that Glenn believed he'd
       survive the blow, and he'd find Maggie like he did after the
       prison fell.
       But seriously, the Lucille cliffhanger was a shitty idea.  The
       impact of Glenn's death would've been twice as effective.

       Agreed. Though I don't think Glenn had any idea just how badly
       damaged his head was at the time. To think he'd survive that
       bashing? No way in hell.
