       Could Daryl ever be a leader?

       After re-reading TWD comic I got to thinking about how some of
       the storylines would be changed in the TV series and I wondered
       if Dwight got killed off, would Daryl take his place as leader
       of the saviors?
       Now that's just an idea but the bigger question here is, could
       Daryl ever be a leader?

       I'm  hoping that Dwight is killed off at the end of the upcoming
       war.
       I've always believed that Daryl can be a leader; he proved that
       when Rick lost control after Lori died.  The only problem is
       that Daryl doesn't want the responsibility.

       I could see Daryl taking Dwight's comic story in that case
       because Dwight too doesn't want the responsibility, especially
       when it comes to carrying and guarding Lucille.
