I've had my complaints over season 6, but that season finale was
terrifying! A perfect 10.

I wanted very much to love this episode and for the most part I
thought I was until that ending. Yes it was terrifying but we
ended up with a stupid cliffhanger instead of getting the dark
emotional impact of a scene we were supposed to, the scene that
was supposed to highlight Negan's intro as a villain.
I don't know why Gimple thought a cliffhanger was a good idea at
all. It wasn't. I think in the end this decision really hurt the
series rather than help it.

No way were they going to show a person getting their head
bashed in, even on a cable show.
At least they could've done is pull the camera back and let us
see the body.

Yeah and that's why I'm mad because we didn't get to see who it
is. Instead we're left with a cliffhanger that took away the
impact the scene was supposed to have.
