When Primo said he was Negan did Rick actually believe that shit
or does Rick know he isn't and just wanted to kill him anyway?

Rick warned Primo this was his last chance to say where Negan
was, and Primo responded with "I'm Negan, bitch!"
Rick was tired of Primo's shit, so he shot him. 8)

Naturally because they had no more use for him since the others
were dead and Carol and Maggie were free. I'm sure at this point
Rick is dying to get his hands on the real Negan and we won't
see his reaction until 616. It will be worth it I think 8)
