Saw the spoilers and I can't believe what I saw but there's
going to be
a kiss involving Carol in this
episode.
After it airs I'll be sure to post my reaction in this thread.
Is it going to be another Caryl moment? God I hope
so!
Okay that kiss didn't give me much of a reaction because Carol
just seemed very not like herself, or is it just me?
She's started smoking which isn't like her at all, but I suppose
this is her way of dealing with her pain.

I think the toll losing Sophia, her killings, and Sam's recent
death, is weighing on Carol.
I think part of Carol wants to be a regular person again. That's
why she kissed Tobin. Doesn't mean she's attracted to him. I
still believe in Caryl.
The other part of Carol knows there'll always be killing, and
she's one of the few in Alexandria (Rick, Daryl, Michonne) who
are prepared to do that. She also doesn't want Maggie to turn
into her: a grieving mom who kills psychopaths and monsters.

I guess you could equate the Tobin kiss with when Daryl burned
himself with the cigarette? Both of them have different ways of
trying to deal with their feelings. Had Daryl been the one she
was talking to I'm sure she would've kissed him instead. Hell I
bet Carol was imagining she was kissing Daryl in that moment.

That's possible, and notice that Carol smoked a cigarette in one
scene, and threw a fresh one away in the next. [glow=red,2,300]
Is that another one of their small gifts?
[/glow]
I couldn't watch that kiss. I had to turn away. I couldn't
watch when Carol got hit by that car in "Consumed" either.

Another gift? Possible, but even when Tobin asked if she had a
cigarette for him she said no not for you. Do you think that's
because she was saving some for Daryl too or just herself?

Yeah, I think Carol was thinking about Daryl when she said that.
I think Daryl was thinking about Carol when Abraham asked if he
ever thought of settling down.

My only hope is that they don't just gloss over this and that
hopefully we will have some sort of interaction when Carol and
Maggie are saved. Still waiting for that fight between Daryl and
Rick. It's coming up in episode 14 I think.

I hope they haven't forgotten that book on helping victims of
childhood abuse Daryl took from the women's shelter. Daryl
knows Carol's in pain and wants to help her. I also hope seeing
Carol get kidnapped again makes Daryl sit down with Carol and
admit how he feels about her.
