"I didn't want anyone else to die"

Andrea's last words are probably the reason that Rick decided to
let the people of Woodbury come live at the prison with them.
They did it for Andrea as a way of honoring her memory.
Her death was still very sad and was also the first time we saw
Michonne truly emotionally. I still think it's nice how Michonne
still mentions Andrea later on after she's gone. It truly shows
the impact Andrea had on Michonne and how much she still misses
her.

Love her or hate her, Andrea was a leader in Woodbury, and
inspired the townspeople to rebuild after Rick and his rescue
party broke in.
I think Andrea was strongly influenced over Woodbury's appeal.
Crazy as he was, the Governor was the most successful leader at
rebuilding society.
I'm certain Rick would've taken in the surviving Woodburians, as
they were mostly senior citizens and kids.
