       netsh issue

       (Since this is both windows and Android issue) I'm running
       windows 8.1. I'm using netsh hostednetwork to allow my Android
       to pick up wifi. after a period of time, I can no longer access
       the net. Everything seems to be the same windows-wise, nothing
       changed that I can tell, so I'm not sure if this is a windows
       issue or Android. Droid still shows it's connected, that's the
       weird part. Any ideas where to go from this?
