I did a practice session with this car- this track is MADE for
this track! It's a lot more fun than EC was. the flowing
corners suit this beast a lot better. With mediums and light
fuel I managed a 1:29.077 in my first practice session. I
really hope I get more time to practice for this one, the last
few weeks have been hectic.

I ran a couple laps after setting up the server just to make
sure it was running properly. I am not familiar with this track
and as such was surprised how well the car's stock setup handled
the corners. I expect that this track will offer more flowing
racing than EC did.
I also hope to get more seat time with this combo as I was not
able to for EC. I am in for the race.

Huh? Am I on the right track? There doesn't seem to be any
flow to me, just long straight sections followed by a couple of
tight turns and pain in the ass chicanes. No elevation changes
and billiard table smooth pavement. Bit boring. :(
Well at least the track is wide and should allow for close
racing. I'm in.

I just realized that unfortunately I can't take part in this
race. There is two reasons for that. First is that the race
would be at the same time F1 race airs. Secondly I would have to
catch a plane to business trip right after our race, but I can't
be sweaty and unprepared. Would have like to race because it's
been few weeks since my last proper race.

Looks like I am having issues with the AC server now too. I can
open it and start the server. however, after about 30 seconds or
so it closes for no reason that I can explain. I will try to get
it back to right before I go into work this afternoon. If not
I'll have to work on it after work. If I cant get it up and
running we may need to postpone the race or have someone else
run the server temporarily.

We have very few people signed up and only 3 of us at the carb
day. The server is acting up and we're losing at least one
person watching the F1 race.
I'm all for postponing the race 1 week. We have nothing to lose
by postponing.
