Tom, just unsubscribe from the item in the inventory and then
re-subscribe. From there, start the game and it should
re-download and install the car. I had a similar issue with the
       Audi.

Thanks, that did it. Now to find the templates. Merry
       Christmas!

Templates for the new cars aren't out yet.
       Merry Christmas nevertheless :)

I'd imagine that the real setup guys already know this but I've
discovered that at least on a couple of the cars the bump and
rebound settings are what I'd call backwards. As an example,
the 650S and M6 (which are the only ones I've messed with) when
you hit the (-) button the value increases and when you reach
the end of the scale it's the softest setting. When you hit the
(+) button the value decreases and the lowest end of the scale
       is the hardest setting. Weird.

Studio 397 said when they released the original GT3 pack that
the manufacturers dictated how the settings were presented. Some
manufacturers used the"backwards" settings so that's what they
had to have in the game.

Interesting, thanks. Every time I ask a question about this
stuff there's someone who has the answer, thankfully. So my
next question would be, where the heck do you find information
       like that?

it's almost standard industry practice (unwritten) that dampers
are would full closed (ie max damping) and then opening them up
to the "clicks" that you want.
but as reference, here's the blurb in the audi manual. (the
       lambo is the same)

Yeah, drivers need to be careful while setting up their car.
You just need to keep in mind that you might be softening
instead of stiffening. S397 added the soft and hard words at
min / max settings so at least you know which way is for each
car. You just need to determine that for each one of the cars.
I know of the McLaren and Audi
