Advice on a clean re-install of RF2
By: Gerry Sweetland Date: November 7, 2018, 9:06 am
---------------------------------------------------------
I have had to install a new SSD after the previous one died.
So a new install of Win 10... and every thing else I had on that
drive.
The RF2 install on that old SSD was quite bloated with a bunch
of mods, tracks and cars I really didn't use.
I would like to do a new install (with just what I need for this
league for example) of RF2 but I'm not sure exactly how to go
about it correctly... with Steam Workshop
I've been googling around for that info but thought I would ask
here too,
Thanks in advance!

Best thing to do is check on which Steam workshop mods you are
subscribed to. unsubscribe to any mods you no longer wish to
use. Once you have done that Steam will take care of all the
necessary mod downloads from the workshop. Also make sure to
backup your user data folder since that contains the custom
wheel files and settings.

Make sure you have a beverage and snack. The install and mod dl
will take a very long time.

LOL
yea, I was up til almost midnight dink'n around with it ;D
Went online for a bit this morning to test online, I think I
have it all back to where it was before, maybe a Little bit of
tweaking the graphics and the Thrustmaster T300 settings.
Got a 3 day weekend so I hoped to get the system running good
and get some practice in on the Mclaren :)

Should be under settings. I'm here on the right hand side of the
garage menu. There should be an option for wheel only view.
