       Small Server side update

       Today S397 released a small server side update.
       New
       22/11/2017:
       Dedicated server update
       - Fixed lag and issues on switching session
       - Improved server performance
       The update is for servers only. It affects nothing on the client
       side. It deals only with build 1109 and only the DX11 stuff
       apparently.
       I applied the update tonight. Let me know if there are any
       issues.
