8hr Suzuka Race Mayhem

Well I didn't have enough chance to put the practice in for this
race and I am kinda glad I didn't. Firstly, because the rest of
our 3 man team didn't bother to show up and secondly, this track
is just not very suitable for one of my favorite type of racing,
multi-class, especially with the kamikaze P2 drivers (see minute
4.50 when they start to come through :o) . So here are a few
highlights from the start of the 2 hour stint I did before
retiring agitated and alone, lol. Oh, and I got disconnected
before the end of qualifying, so had to start at the back.

1. Huge respect to you for taking the Camaro. The best car in
that mod
2. That other Camaro dude was a tool
3. P2 dive bombers indeed.
I wouldn't want to race in that league for 8 minutes, let alone
8 hours. That is ridiculous.
Sooooooooooo... you'll roll with us tomorrow then? :-)

The the Camaro is fun and fast if you have time to set it up
right. As for the other Camero, it's all good. I can be a
'tool' to with the light flashing stuff, which really doesn't
bother me so long as people race fair.
These are one off races they do every 3 months or so, but after
this one I don't think I will be bothering again. I really do
like the idea of team event endurance races tho, just not sure I
have the time to join up with the VEC or VLMS leagues, so will
have to get my fix for that some where.
I will jump on in the morning and put my first laps in. If I
can get at least a half decent time I will be at the race
tomorrow.
