I recall a while back someone suggesting that turning off
replays helps eliminate micro stutters. I think we even tried to
do it on the server for a week or two. I don't believe it had
any effect on the FPS we were getting from the server.

So I have tried this as well and a number of other suggestions,
but am still getting some shuttering, with frame rate at over
80fps, but just on this particular variation of the Magny Cours
track. I also tried a number of other tracks and car combo and
they all run fine.
The shuttering is a little to much for me to be able to drive
safely, so I may have to miss this weekend race.

I don't think recording in the way that rF2 handles it will have
any effect. It's not actually capturing graphics only text. If
your computer cant process text you probably cant race with us
anymore. I wont be turning mine off because I want to watch
back when I make Matt lose his $H!T and drive himself off track.
I'm gonna have that on a loop and laugh and laugh and laugh.
Matt don't worry about picking a line, I'll decide where you're
gonna go.
Be nervous Matt, be very nervous.

LOL, thanks guys, I have tried turning everything way down,
which only improved it a little, I think. As I mentioned for
some reason it is JUST this VARIANT of THIS track that I am
having these issues with. I have no idea why, all other tracks
I have tried so far work just fine.
I will keep fiddling and see if I can get a few lap in on the
server.

Thanks Simon, I had originally been running this is DX9 and that
is where this problem started. I only upgraded to DX11 a couple
of days ago to see it that would help and it was actually
sightly better, but still not good enough to drive.
I can't stress enough this is the only track I am having this
problem with, I have tried both DX9 and DX11, I have tried all
setting suggested very low, I have no idea why this one track is
giving me problems. But now I have spend enough time trying to
get this one track to work, so will just miss this race and hope
for better next week.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys.

With a name like "Tech G" you would think you would have it
figured out ;D
All kidding aside... an not sure if the following has already
been suggested...
what are your system spec, what is your video card. Not sure if
it worth it for one track but have you tried a clean install of
the video drivers.
Have you seen this utility
HTML http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
HTML http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
If it is Nvidia install only driver, no PhysX, audio driver or
Nvidia 3D Vision.
Have you tried turning off all your plugins and turning them on
one at a time to see if that has any effect or points you to the
one that is causing the stuttering?
Hope you get it sussed out so you can join us, GL
Gerry
