FYI - I am reducing the ABS and TC for this race to 1 tick each.
I plan on making the EGT aids the same level and this will offer
some idea if this will be tolerable or not. I understand this is
not an apples to apples comparison to out EGT series but it
points us in the right direction.

I was actually thinking of suggesting the Bugatti circuit for
       this one.
For the assists for EGT I think ABS at 1(low) and TC at 2(med)
would be good. The real cars do have both systems so it should
       be realistic.

As far as I know, GTE do not permit ABS. They do allow TC
though. GT3 allows both. Unless the rules have changed for this
year in GTE though. I don't follow it that closely .

Spot on. Really slow day at work so I read through the technical
regs for GTE and ABS is forbidden, but TC is not. I was thinking
       of GT3.

Mercedes was manual sequential, the other 2 are h pattern. In
the tuning menu though, you can select paddel input which seems
to hardcode an autoclutch of sorts

ok so that makes me worried a bit, because running realistic H
pattenr with heel and toe is realistic and is what i would like
to do, but if others will be running paddles its sort putting
urself at huge disadvatange because even the best of heel and
toe-ers are a second slower in the same cars compared to paddles

Well this is a fun run and besides I don't think that anybody
would claim they were doing heel and toe with a h-shifter when
they were using paddles. I will use sequential shifter and try
to use clutch on my upshifts. I have a h-shifter plate but not
everybody has it. And I can't be bothered with changing the
plate for only one race :P

I will be using H shifter as I always like to drive a car as it
is in real life. If others want to use assists that is fine with
me as I would rather have a larger grid.
As you can see by my current server time I am struggling badly,
and just learning to heel/toe. I agree with Matt that it is only
a fun race so I'm not concerned about others having advantages.
Being as terrible as I am, I would prefer to start at the back
of the grid anyway so I don't ruin someones race.
