pajama bottoms and underwear down. If he won't make the choice
to move then this is how it'll get done.

When Joey protests and sits up I draw him into my lap and say
calmly, "I know you don't want it, Baby, but it's what needs to
happen right now." I kiss the side of his head and smooth his
hair. "Take a couple deep breaths for me and lets get this
done."

I snuggle into Mom but her words make me whine, "Noo I don't
wanna." it's not comfortable and I don't wanna sleep with a plug
in.

Mom again says I gotta go over her lap and I whine agian, But I
dont wanna I say again moving off her lap and away a little. You
don't gotta put a plug in...its okay.

It breaks my heart to hear my son tell me that he doesn't want
to and when he moves away from me. I gently take his arm and
draw him back to my side. "Joey, take a breath, Baby. It'll be
alright." And with that I secure him over my lap then pick up
the plug and put some Vaseline on it.

"You are making this so much harder than it needs to be," I tell
my son as I part his cheeks and insert the plug. Squirming or
not he's getting it. Squirming may even assist the process.
