New Faction - TDSS

As of today there is a new faction in Invio, Tycho Darkwaters
Security Services.
They are small band of survivors, who have no territory, only a
HQ. Their HQ is situated in Frosty Pines.
They act as mercenaries for hire, so its possible for any
faction to hire them to conduct anything really, including
assisting in wars and capturing territory.
They are allowed to use only the Blue Ridge Safezone, as the
Government has allowed them too. They can not kill any
Government members in Government territory, since we are
allowing them access to the safezone in good nature. However
they can outside of our territory, depending on the situation -
Smokers hire them etc.
I look forward to seeing them in-game
